Thank you for using the HIVE web application (“Application”) and services (“Services”). The Application is provided by SABIS Educational Services S.A.L. (SES LEB), Orange Zone, Adma, Lebanon, and operated by the School (Insert the School name).
Definitions:
"School Authorized User(s)" refers to the authorized users designated by the School to operate the Application.
“Services”: Services included in the Application including contact management, meeting booking , enrollment management, report generation and analytics, and the creation of both physical and electronic forms.
“Guidelines”: Guidelines provided to the School Authorized User for the proper operation of the Application.
By using the Services, School Authorized User(s) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use, Guidelines, and Privacy Notice. If School Authorized User(s) disagrees with any part of these Terms and Conditions, they should not use the Application and the Services.
SES LEB reserves the right to change these Terms, in whole or in part, at its discretion and at any time. School Authorized User(s) can determine when these Terms were last revised by referring to the “Updated” legend at the top of these Terms. School Authorized Users agree to comply with and be bound by any such modifications by continuing to use or access the Services after modified Terms are posted.

SES LEB does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, timeliness, availability, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on the Services for any particular purpose. School Authorized User(s) acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and SES LEB expressly excludes liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by the law. Neither SES LEB, nor its service providers or affiliates shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses arising from the use of the Application and Services, including but not limited to: (i) any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation, or any loss of data suffered.
School Authorized User(s) use of any Services, information, or materials related to the Services is entirely at their own risk, for which, to the fullest extent permitted by the law, SES LEB shall not be liable. It shall be the School Authorized User(s) own responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through this web application meet their specific requirements.
The Application, all information, content, text, and images, including but not limited to HTML code, photography, and buttons contained within this Application, as well as all trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on this Application (collectively referred to as ‘Content’) are owned by or licensed to SES LEB and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without express, prior, written consent. All such rights are reserved.
School Authorized Users are strictly prohibited from introducing viruses, malware, or any other harmful code to the Application. Additionally, any attempts to hack, disrupt, or otherwise compromise the security and functionality of the web application are strictly forbidden. SES LEB reserves the right to take all necessary legal actions under local laws in cases where such activities are detected.
Access to and use of the Services is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. School Authorized Users agree to abide by these laws and regulations and not use the Services in any way that violates such laws or regulations. Unauthorized use or misuse of the Application and Services may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
It is essential for the School Authorized Users to keep their Login Credentials confidential and ensure their user profile remains accurate, complete, and up-to-date while using the Services. Unique Login Credentials will identify each School Authorized User for individual use only. School Authorized Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Login Credentials and must not share them with others. School Authorized User(s) are accountable for any activity that occurs under their Login Credentials. If the School Authorized Users suspect an unauthorized user has compromised -their Login Credentials, they must notify SES LEB and the School immediately.
The Application’s Privacy Notice governs the submission of Personal Data through the Services. By accepting these Terms, School Authorized Users agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their Personal Dataas described in the Privacy Notice.
